We'll take the vines and twist and start to make the Wreaths frame.
Next, we will take the bailing wire and tie it to the Orange Wire Spinner as seen above. If you don't have a wire spinner you can form a wreath frame with your hands and it's a lot of work. You'll want to tie 4 to 6 piece jute twine (about 11 to 15 inch long) around the wreath frame.
Now that we have our wreath frames made it's time to collect the garnish to decorate with.
It's good to start with some Conifers (Firs, Pines,Cypress, ect) for a base. It helps to start out with a thick layer of Conifers by taking a 15 to 25 inch branch and lace the stem under the jute ties to secure
Now we will use some black poly cord to hold the conifers to the front side of the wreath. Tie your array of Conifers securely to the wreath frame. Start wrapping your cord at the top of the wreath wile holding your garnish tight to your frame. After wrapping the cord all the way around wreath you should leave enough cord to make a loop for hanging.
Here is where we have added some Cypress and are about ready to add some Holly to our Wreath.
Here in the Pacific NorthWest we seem to have everything we need to make the Best Wreaths around..
